친애하는 언론인 여러분, 오토 차이나 2024는 4월 25일부터 5월 4일까지 중국 국제 전시 센터(순이)에서, 4월 25일부터 27일까지 중국 국제 전시 센터(차오양)에서 개최됩니다. 프레스 데이는 4월 25일과 26일에 개최됩니다. 올해 여러분의 취재를 진심으로 환영합니다. 원활한 참석을 위해 다음 언론사 등록 규정을 자세히 검토해 주시기 바랍니다. 1. 모든 언론인은 온라인으로 등록해야 합니다. 전화 및 이메일 신청은 받지 않습니다.1. 모든 기자는 온라인으로 등록해야 합니다. 전화 및 이메일 신청은 접수되지 않습니다. 2. 온라인 등록: - 등록 기간: 2024년 4월 14일 ~ 4월 24일 (16:00 GMT 8:00). - 클릭: 미디어 등록 - 전시장 방문 전에 등록을 완료해 주십시오. 3. 실명 인증: 기자는 실명으로 등록해야 합니다. 등록 시 여권, 홍콩/마카오 특별행정구 여행 허가증 또는 대만 거주자를 위한 중국 본토 여행 허가증과 이메일 주소를 함께 사용하세요. 정확한 정보를 확인하고 필요한 정보를 업로드하세요. 4. 유효한 증명서: 적시에 연락을 드릴 수 있도록 양식에 정확하고 유효한 정보를 입력해 주십시오. 5. 미디어 E-배지: 전시장 입장 시 확인을 위해 미디어 E-배지가 필요합니다. 인쇄본과 스크린샷 모두 허용됩니다. 주최측에서 귀하의 정보를 승인하시면 미디어 E-배지를 이메일로 발송해 드립니다. 입장 기간: - 언론 발표일(2024년 4월 25일~26일) - 전시 기간(2024년 4월 27일~5월 4일) 중, 임의로 두 날짜를 선택해 주십시오. 6. 미디어 배지: 현장에서 미디어 배지를 수령하실 수 있습니다(장소: 중국국제전시센터 - 순이남광장 미디어 등록센터). 단, 이 배지는 보안 검색 시에만 사용되며 최종 입장을 보장하지 않습니다. E-배지를 지참하지 않고 미디어 배지를 제시하는 경우 입장이 거부됩니다. 7. 유효한 신분증 확인: 모든 기자는 유효한 신분증을 지참하여 전시장에 입장해야 합니다. 주최측은 제시된 여권과 등록된 사람의 여권이 일치하지 않거나 미디어 등록 정보와 일치하지 않을 경우 입장을 거부할 권리가 있습니다. 8. 개인 신청: 1) 기자증 소지자: 중국신문출판총국(国家新聞出版网)에서 발급한 기자증을 소지한 자. 2) 동일 기관에서 발급한 인쇄매체 ISSN 취득 증명서 소지자. 3) 중국 거주 또는 외국 통신사 파견 해외 기자: 중화인민공화국 외교부에서 발급한 기자증을 소지한 자. 외국 통신사 중국 직원은 증명서를 제출해야 합니다. 4) 단기 취재를 위한 해외 기자는 유효한 여권과 J-2 비자를 소지해야 합니다. 5) 홍콩, 마카오, 대만에서 단기 취재를 위한 기자는 전국기자협회(全国基对对制邦对制邦)에서 발급한 기자증을 소지해야 합니다. 6) 라디오/TV 기자 및 제작 기관은 Auto China 2024의 직원증과 공식 추천서(원본만 제출)를 제출해야 합니다. 7) 웹사이트 기자: 인쇄 매체 및 출판사의 제휴 웹사이트, 또는 Auto China 2024를 위한 특별 채널을 보유한 관련 웹사이트에서 근무하는 기자. 8) 법적으로 등록된 출판사 및 사진 에이전시의 허가를 받은 프리랜서, 편집자, 사진작가는 현장 취재를 위해 제휴 미디어 기관에서 원본 증명서를 발급받아야 합니다. 광고 및 홍보 에이전시의 증명서는 허용되지 않습니다. 9) 자동차 전시업체 초청 기자: - 초청 기자의 이름이 기재된 초대장 원본을 제시해야 합니다. - 전시업체 초청장은 이메일로 발송되며, 전체 명단과 함께 주최측에 제출해야 합니다. - 광고 및 홍보 에이전시에서 제출한 명단은 허용되지 않습니다. 10) 뉴미디어 플랫폼의 프리랜서, 편집자, 사진작가는 자동차 산업 관련 이전 기사의 사진 또는 링크를 제출해야 합니다. - 위 기준을 충족하지 못하는 기자는 미디어 등록이 불가합니다. 방문객 자격으로 행사에 참석하실 수 있습니다. - 주최측은 위에 명시된 기준을 사용하여 지원자의 자격을 평가할 권리를 보유합니다. 부적격 지원자의 합격 또는 불합격 여부는 주최측에 최종 결정권이 있습니다. 9. 현장 등록: 현장 등록은 중국 국내 기자 및 중국에 거주하거나 외국 통신사에서 파견하는 해외 기자 중 중화인민공화국 외교부에서 발급한 기자증을 소지한 기자로 제한됩니다. 미디어 배지는 중국국제전시센터(순의) 남광장 미디어 등록센터에서 수령할 수 있습니다. 2. Online Registration:

– Registration Period: April 14th to April 24th, 2024 (16:00 GMT 8:00).

– Click:Media Registration

– Please complete the registration before visiting the exhibition.

3. Real Name Authentication:

Journalists must register using real names. Use your passport, Hong Kong/Macao Special Administrative Region Travel Permit, or Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, along with your e-mail address for registration. Ensure accurate information and upload the required details.

4. Valid Certificates:

Fill out the form with genuine and valid information to facilitate timely communication.

5. Media E- Badge:

To enter the exhibition hall, you will need the Media E-Badge for verification; both a printed copy and a screenshot are acceptable. If your information is approved by the organizer, the Media E- Badge will be sent via e-mail.

Access Duration:

– Press days (April 25th to 26th, 2024).

– During the exhibition period (April 27th to May 4th, 2024), choose any two random days.

6. Media Badges:

On-site collection of media badges is available (Location: China International Exhibition Center-Shunyi South Square Media Registration Center). However, these badges are for security check access only and do not guarantee final admission. Entry will be denied to anyone presenting a media badge without the accompanyingE-Badge.

7. Valid Verification:

All journalists must enter the exhibition with valid verification. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry if the presented passport does not match the registered individual, or if there are inconsistencies with the media registration information.

8. Personal Application:

1) Press Cards Holders:

Those who possess press cards issued by the General Administration of Press and Publications of China.

2) Holders of certificates for Print Media Obtaining ISSN issued by the same authority.

3) Overseas Journalists Residing in China or Dispatched by Foreign News Agencies:

Those who hold a press card issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China; Chinese employees of foreign news agencies are required to provide certification.

4) Overseas Journalists for Short-Term News Coverage must have a valid passport and J-2 visa.

5) Journalists from Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan for Short-Term News Coverage must possess a press card issued by the All China Journalists Association.

6) Radio/ TV Reporters and Production Organizations require a staff card and official recommendation from Auto China 2024 (original copies only).

7) Website Journalists: Those working for affiliated websites of print media and publishing houses, or other relative websites with a special channel for Auto China 2024.

8) Freelancers, Editors, and Photographers Authorized by Legally Registered Publishing Houses and Photo Agencies must obtain original certificates from affiliated media organizations for on-site reporting. Certificates from Advertising and PR agencies are not acceptable.

9) Journalists Invited by Auto Exhibitors:

– Must present the original invitation listing the name of the invited correspondent.

– Exhibitor invitations via e-mails must be submitted along with the complete name list to the organizer.

– Lists submitted by Advertising & PR agencies are not acceptable.

10) Freelancers, Editors, and Photographers from New Media Platforms, please submit either pictures or links to your previous reports related to the auto industry.

– Journalists Not Meeting the Above Criteria will not be granted media registration. You are welcome to attend the event as visitors.

– The organizer reserves the right to evaluate applicants’ qualifications using the criteria mentioned above. Final decisions regarding acceptance or rejection of unqualified applicants rest with the organizer.

9. On-site Registration:

On-site applications are restricted to domestic journalists and overseas journalists residing in China or dispatched by foreign news agencies who hold press cards issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China.

Media badges can be collected at China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi) South Square Media Registration Center.
