Après quatre ans, le très attendu Salon international de l'automobile de Pékin se tiendra à nouveau à Pékin. L'édition 2024 (18e) se tiendra du 25 avril au 4 mai au pavillon Shunyi du Centre international des expositions de Chine. L'espace d'exposition des pièces détachées, installé au pavillon Chaoyang du Centre international des expositions de Chine, se tiendra du 25 au 27 avril, sur une surface totale de 230 000 mètres carrés. Depuis sa création en 1990, Auto China se tient tous les deux ans à Pékin et a déjà organisé avec succès 16 éditions. En raison de la pandémie, l'édition 2022 (17e) du Salon de l'automobile de Pékin n'a pas pu avoir lieu. La précédente édition avait suscité un vif intérêt et bénéficié de la participation active de constructeurs automobiles et de pièces détachées renommés, nationaux et internationaux, ainsi que de divers secteurs de la société. Bénéficiant d'un grand professionnalisme et d'une grande autorité dans le secteur, il est devenu un salon majeur de l'industrie automobile mondiale en Chine tous les deux ans, dynamisant le développement du secteur et promouvant la consommation automobile. C'est l'un des salons de marques les plus réputés et bénéficiant d'une forte influence internationale en Chine. Depuis plus de trente ans, le Salon de l'auto de Pékin adhère toujours au concept et aux caractéristiques d'exposition « expositions raffinées, marques complètes et internationalisation », contribuant ainsi significativement au développement rapide de l'industrie automobile chinoise et de l'économie des expositions. Le thème de l'édition 2024 du Salon de l'auto de Pékin est « Nouvelle ère, nouvelles voitures ». Le salon est organisé conjointement par la Fédération chinoise de l'industrie mécanique, China Machinery Industry Group Co., Ltd., la Chambre de commerce internationale de Chine et l'Association chinoise des constructeurs automobiles. Il est également organisé conjointement par la Branche Industrie automobile du Conseil chinois pour la promotion du commerce international, China Machinery International Cooperation Co., Ltd., China International Exhibition Center Group Co., Ltd. et la Société chinoise des ingénieurs de l'automobile. L'industrie automobile est un pilier important du fonctionnement stable de l'économie nationale et du développement de l'industrie manufacturière. L'industrie automobile mondiale est aujourd'hui confrontée à un besoin urgent de remodeler en profondeur sa structure et son modèle industriels, et de réaliser une transformation et une modernisation globales. Since its establishment in 1990, Auto China has been held every two years in Beijing and has successfully held 16 sessions so far. Due to the pandemic, the 2022 (17th) Beijing Auto Show could not be held. The previous Beijing Auto Show has received high attention and active participation from well-known automobile and parts manufacturers at home and abroad, as well as various sectors of society. It enjoys high professionalism and authority in the industry and has now become an important exhibition event for the global automobile industry in China every two years, leading industry development and promoting automobile consumption. It is one of the famous brand exhibitions with extensive international influence in China. For over thirty years, the Beijing Auto Show has always adhered to the exhibition concept and characteristics of “exquisite exhibits, comprehensive brands, and internationalization”, making significant contributions to the rapid development of China’s automotive industry and exhibition economy.
 
The theme of the 2024 Beijing Auto Show is “New Era, New Cars”. The exhibition is jointly hosted by the China Machinery Industry Federation, China Machinery Industry Group Co., Ltd., China Chamber of International Commerce, and China Association of Automobile Manufacturers. It is jointly organized by the Automotive Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, China Machinery International Cooperation Co., Ltd., China International Exhibition Center Group Co., Ltd., and the China Society of Automotive Engineers.
 
The automotive industry is an important support for the stable operation of the national economy and the upward development of manufacturing and industry. Currently, the global automotive industry is facing an urgent need to profoundly reshape its industrial form and pattern, and comprehensively achieve transformation and upgrading.
